Gallery Help

Use the secure gallery link in your text message.

Open your gallery

  1. Tap the gallery link in your text message.
  2. Don't know the password? Ask a friend or email us at hello@imageplay.com.au with your gymnast name.
  3. Tap any photo or video to view it.
  4. Download using the Download button. We recommend downloading each file individually. On a desktop PC, you can also use Download all to download a ZIP file.

Open it, then tap Download or the download icon.

The complete gallery

Tap Download at the top, enter your email, then use the link we send you.

Check the gallery expiry date in your text message. Download your files as soon as possible.

Quick fixes

The link will not open
Copy the full link and paste it into Safari or Chrome.
The password is not working
Check every character and remove any spaces before or after it.
The download email has not arrived
Wait a few minutes, then check your Junk or Spam folder.
The gallery has expired.
Email us with your mobile # and gymnast name.
